3. Estimates and Payments

Estimates provided are based on visual inspection and initial diagnostics. Actual costs may vary if additional issues are discovered. Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior credit arrangements have been made.

4. Warranty

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms for parts and labor will be provided on your invoice. Warranty claims must be brought to our attention immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

Innovative Truck Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
